Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange, refund, or store credit. We have a 14-day free return policy from the date of purchase for Canada and U.S.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are only eligible for store credit.

 

Return & Exchange Process

For Canada and U.S.

 

Step 1 :

Step 2 : 

Well give you a return number and provide you with the link to create and print your return label. Packages sent to us without a return number will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds on sale items, gift cards, or shipping fees.

 

Step 3 : 

Securely package your item(s) and send it back to us.  

Please ensure that the item is packaged properly and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us.

Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that has been used, worn or altered in any way and does not meet our return policy requirements.

 

Outside of Canada and U.S.


Customers outside of Canada and U.S are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate an international return, please contact us at hello@arlokea.com with your order number and let us know what the problem is.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Payment
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
